Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Zeel Walls on mobile or web, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source extraction, translation, or derivative works are prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to Zeel Walls remain the property of the Service Provider.

Service Changes and Charges

Zeel Walls may be updated, modified, expanded to additional platforms, or changed in pricing or feature access at any time. Any charges for the service will be clearly communicated before you are asked to pay.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining secure access to your device, browser, account session, and internet connection. If you use Zeel Walls through a mobile network, your carrier's charges and roaming terms still apply.

The Service Provider is not responsible for limitations caused by connectivity issues, battery loss, unsupported systems, modified devices, or rooted/jailbroken phones.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of Zeel Walls rely on third-party services whose own terms also apply:

• Google Play Services
• AdMob
• OneSignal
• Expo
• RevenueCat

Liability

While Zeel Walls aims to keep the service accurate, current, and available, the Service Provider does not accept liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the service or from service interruptions.

Termination and Updates

The Service Provider may suspend or discontinue access to the mobile apps, web app, or specific features at any time. If access is terminated, any rights granted under these terms end immediately and you must stop using the service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
